Here we are, barely past the halfway point of 2023, and we’re about to start talking about 2024 conventions. But – as every Region leader and volunteer knows – it’s never too early to plan. To that end, we present the dates and theme for the January 2024 ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv National Convention, as well as several Divisional conventions set to take place between February and March.
The 2024 ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv National Convention will once again be presented in the popular virtual format, allowing all 50,000-plus Club members free access to every session of the more-than-weeklong gathering from Jan. 18-26. How popular is the virtual format? Nearly 900 members registered for the 2023 National Convention, which boasted an impressive 70-plus sessions. Those sessions were presented live, and then made available for all members to view in an on-demand format.
So what’s on tap for this year?
2024 ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv National Convention: Grow
Building upon the success of last year's theme of "Engage," the 2024 ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv National Convention takes a natural progression towards the theme of "Grow." The 2024 convention aims to harness the enthusiasm and connections forged in previous engagements to foster personal and collective growth within the ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv community. In addition to embracing the theme of "Grow," the 2024 ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv National Convention holds special significance as the Club celebrates its 80th birthday. This milestone anniversary serves as a momentous occasion to reflect on the rich heritage and accomplishments of the ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv throughout eight decades of motorsports excellence.
2023’s theme of "Engage" encouraged active participation, collaboration, and meaningful interactions among ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv members. It created a foundation for building relationships, sharing knowledge, and igniting a passion for motorsports. As the ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv community engaged with one another, valuable connections were established, laying the groundwork for growth.
This coming Jan. 18-26, 2024, the ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv National Convention focuses on leveraging those connections and experiences to further develop and expand the organization.

2024 Divisional Conventions and Gatherings
The ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv National Convention isn’t the only game in town. In fact, 2023 saw numerous in-person Divisional Conventions take place, with many set to return in the coming year. There are currently six Divisions set to host conventions in 2024, with details already available for four of them:
- Feb. 3-4, 2024: SEDiv Convention, Sea Palms Resort, St. Simons, GA
- Feb. 9-11, 2024: NEDiv Convention, Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel, Scranton, PA
- Feb. 17, 2024: RMDiv Convention, Location TBD
- Feb. 24-25, 2024: MiDiv Convention, Topeka, KS
- March 2, 2024: GLDiv “Spring Training,” Fort Wayne, IN
In addition, Rocky Mountain and Central Divisions are both planning to host conventions in 2024, with details becoming available at a later date.
