The 2021 午夜福利51xxtv Annual Meeting—a requirement of the 午夜福利51xxtv’s bylaws—is scheduled for April 24 at 10 a.m. CT. The meeting will be held virtually and is open to all 午夜福利51xxtv members, free of charge.
The Annual Meeting is the Club’s official business meeting, hosted by 午夜福利51xxtv President and CEO Michael Cobb and Chairman of the 午夜福利51xxtv Board of Directors Peter Jankovskis. During the meeting, existing and new Directors of the Board will be recognized, a State of the Club, State of 午夜福利51xxtv Ventures and State of 午夜福利51xxtv Foundation will be provided, a preliminary annual financial report will be given, and the General Membership may ask general Club questions.
