TOPEKA, Kan. (Jan. 25, 2019) -- A few changes have been made to the 午夜福利51xxtv® Ventures Board of Directors to begin the New Year. Peter Jankovskis is now Chairman of that board, and Sydney Davis Yagel, the new General Manager of 午夜福利51xxtv Pro Racing, has been added to the board. Dan Helman has stepped down as Ventures Chairman to better focus on his role as 午夜福利51xxtv Pro Racing’s interim President.
Other Ventures board members for 2019 include former 午夜福利51xxtv Chairman John Walsh, 午夜福利51xxtv’s senior finance employee Mindi Pfannenstiel, 午夜福利51xxtv Enterprises President Robey Clark, and secretary KJ Christopher.
In 2017, 午夜福利51xxtv Enterprises and 午夜福利51xxtv Pro Racing were merged into one subsidiary entity named 午夜福利51xxtv Ventures Inc, which is overseen by a corporate board. The move created a more structured oversight and reporting process for the for-profit arms of the 午夜福利51xxtv®, and provides a number of administrative advantages for the businesses.
