TOPEKA, Kan. (March 25, 2016) – The 2016 Tire Rack® ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv ProSolo season is right around the corner, and again this year top finishers at each event can gather contingency awards from multiple manufacturers and racing-related companies. A list of this year's offers can be found online at the ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv Contingencies webpage. Be aware that competitors must register for some contingency programs before March 31 to be eligible.

Mazda is back in 2016 with a $300 award for a win and $175 for second. Challenge drivers can take home $400 for a win or $250 for second. Year-end Class winners earn $1,000, with $600 for second and $300 for third. And those finishing first, second or third in year-end Challenge points can get $600, $400 and $200 respectively.

Drivers competing in a 2002 or newer MINI vehicle with original MINI powertrain, MINI USA offers a cash prize of $250 for a win, $100 for second and $50 for third. An additional $1,000 goes to year-end points leaders in various Classes.

Honda Performance Development is again involved with ProSolo where winners in multiple Classes can earn $100, with $50 going to second and $25 for third. Additionally, $200 in HPD Bucks goes to year-end Class and Challenge champs.

Subaru of America is also a manufacturer supporting its 2016 competitors. Class winners at each event can grab $250, with $125 going to second and $50 for the final podium spot. And for year-end points leaders in Class or Challenge, $1,000 is awarded. Second place gets $750 and $500 for third.

Toyota/TRD brings to the table $200 for Class winners at each ProSolo event. Year-end Class and Champion points leaders can also claim $1,000 at season's end. Scion FR-S competitors are eligible to claim $200 for first or $100 for second from Scion. Those driving any Scion model can gather up $200 for a win, as well as $1,000 for year-end Class and Challenge leads.

Several tire manufacturers are also supporting Tire Rack ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv ProSolo with cash for top competitors. Falken Tire is offering prizes of $300, $200 and $100 to podium finishers, in that order, running on Falken products. Those using Toyo Proxes R1R tires can earn $300 for wins, $200 for second and $100 for the final podium position in Classes at each event. For Challenges, Toyo will provide $500 to top finishers. Year-end Class leaders can claim $1,000, with $500 awarded to those finishing second. And $1,000 will go to year-end Challenge points champions.

Kumho Tires is aboard this year with product credits in the amount of $300, $200 or $150 for in-class podium finishes. That amount doubles for any Street or Street Touring category. And those that arrive on the Challenge podium can also win $300, $200 or $150 in product credits; as well as four free tires for year-end leaders in Class or Challenge.

BFGoodrich Tires in 2016 offers up two free tires for Class and Challenge winners, and one free tire for second-place finishers. Year-end Class and Challenge winners can receive four tires, and second-place Class champions can claim two tires. Hoosier Racing Tire has a similar contingency award schedule, but also offers four free tires for ProSolo Finale Class and Challenge winners, and two tires for runners-up.

And finally, OS Giken this year will produce product certificates in the amount of $200, $100 or $50 for those finishing in first, second or third.
