(Sept. 22, 2010) €“ After the cars stopped, the competition continued at Road America, where 24 participants donated $25 each to the ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv Foundation for a chance to outrun ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv President & CEO Jeff Dahnert around the four-mile Road America circuit in the second annual ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv Beat the Boss run. Benjamin Schaut was the first of six competitors who did beat Dahnert, posting a time of 25 minutes, 49 seconds (9.296 mph). Dahnert€™s seventh-place finish was a two position improvement from the race a season ago. The 2010 edition of Beat the Boss raised more than $700 for the ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv Foundation. The ÎçÒ¹¸£Àû51xxtv Foundation supports programs like the Tire Rack® Street Survival, a "hands-on" driving experience for young drivers that simulates real-world situations.
